MEDICO-PASTORAL ASSOCIATION A Centre for Mental Health Care We are a 50 year old NGO, providing half way home rehabilitation facilities, both residential and day-care for persons with mental health issues. We have currently 35residents and 6 day care residents. Residents are under the treatment of their individual Psychiatrists.
We are looking for the following personnel
A. Male & Female Residential Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing To procure and administer medicines as prescribed by the treating doctors, maintain its inventory, monitor personal hygiene, guide for on-going therapy programmes, liase with doctors and reporting to Senior Nurse. He / She would need to work in close coordination with our counsellors and staff as needed. Exigencies may need to accompany residents to doctor’s clinics / hospitals etc. Gross Salary will be fixed commensurate qualification and experience.
B. Nursing Assistant Male / Female: ANM / GNM for assisting Nurse starting Gross Salary Rs.15,000/- and will be fixed commensurate qualification and experience.
C. HWH Supervisor [Male]: To ensure physical residential wellbeing of the residents under guidance of the Half-Way Home Supervisor especially the personal hygiene of residents. To assist Half-Way Home Supervisor in Grocery stock taking and maintenance of records – daily issue, starting Gross Salary starts from Rs. 15,000/- and will be fixed commensurate qualification and experience.
D. Counsellor: Qualification Post Graduation in Social Work / Psychology. Starting salary for fresher Rs 18,500. Benefit of PF, ESI applicable Interested candidates may apply giving their personal particulars, qualification, experience, and salary expected.
[Karnataka Nursing Council Reg. No. / State Nursing Council No. needed in respected of A & B]. Do mention specific exposure, if any, had in handling patients with mental health issues.
